The Wednesday Wellness support group provides space for community and collective stress reduction. Hosted by DEC member Zina Allen, this group meets virtually every Wednesday from 5-6pm.
Free-Form Dance Workout
You are invited to join a weekly free-form dance workout every Tuesday at 10am on Zoom. This weekly event is hosted by the Grateful Moth Collective’s Dan Wayne. Dancers of all abilities welcome. There’s likely to be superhero talk!
